Our Criteria

What We Look For

  • Performing first-lien notes secured by land, such as vacant lots and acreage
  • A consistent payment history (seasoned notes preferred)
  • Clear title, with property taxes kept current
  • A reasonable balance compared with the property's value
  • Notes in most U.S. states (some states excluded)
